This website and brand are operated by Repair My Credit LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company that promotes and distributes the Reset My Credit System™. All educational content, tools, and materials are provided by a licensed third-party education provider with experience in credit-related education.
Repair My Credit LLC is not a credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law. We do not offer to improve your credit score, remove items from your report, or obtain credit approvals for you. We do not act on your behalf in any capacity.
This program does not involve sending disputes, communicating with credit bureaus or creditors, or performing any services under your name. It is strictly for educational purposes and is designed to support independent consumer action.

This is a do-it-yourself educational program. You are solely responsible for how you apply the content and tools provided. Your success will depend on your personal effort, accuracy, credit history, and the responsiveness of third-party credit bureaus or agencies.
The Reset My Credit App™ is a secure, mobile-based educational tool included with your enrollment. It is intended to help you build financial habits, track credit-building steps, and organize your personal action plan.
The app uses bank-level encryption and does not share or sell your data. All user data remains the sole property of the user and is stored securely. Use of the app is subject to these Terms and your agreement to its End User License Agreement (EULA), available upon login or download.
We do not collect or store sensitive data such as Social Security numbers or account login credentials through the app.
We make no promise, guarantee, or suggestion that using this educational program will result in:
Improving your credit report or score — even if achieved — does not guarantee loan approval. Lenders consider multiple factors including income, employment, debt-to-income ratio, recent inquiries, and more. No portion of this program influences lender decisions.
You acknowledge and agree that:
"At no time did Repair My Credit LLC, the program, or any representative claim that I would receive a mortgage, loan, or financial approval as a result of using this system."
You may cancel your enrollment without penalty at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day following your purchase. To cancel, email your request and return all digital materials to [email protected].
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days upon receipt of cancellation and return of materials. After the cancellation period ends and access is granted, all sales are final.
Repair My Credit LLC and its education partners are not liable for any decisions, applications, denials, or financial losses resulting from your use of the program. You agree to hold us harmless for all outcomes related to your personal credit decisions.
By completing your enrollment, you affirm the following:
"I understand this is an educational program and not a credit repair service. I accept full responsibility for how I use this material and agree that no promises of credit score increase, item removal, or financial approval have been made."
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
This product is not provided by a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or any state-level CSO statutes. We do not perform credit repair or act on your behalf. This is an education-only program.
As part of your educational program, we include access to optional credit dispute letter templates. These are provided for illustrative and informational purposes only and are considered a complimentary bonus to the primary educational curriculum.
While you may receive examples of how letters can be written based on the information you choose to provide, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending any letters. At no time does Repair My Credit LLC send letters on your behalf, communicate with credit bureaus, or offer credit repair services.
Use of these templates does not constitute a client-service relationship and is not a substitute for legal advice. You acknowledge that any action you take with dispute letters is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
While the program may provide pre-filled dispute letter templates based on your input, these are offered as part of a document preparation service only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and sending any letters generated. We do not send letters on your behalf or represent you in any communication with credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies.
Use of our templates does not create any client-service, legal, or credit repair relationship. You affirm that you understand and accept this responsibility upon use.
Repair My Credit LLC is a Texas Limited Liability Company that provides marketing and enrollment services only. We do not offer credit services, legal advice, or financial services. All fulfillment is handled by the licensed education provider.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the program, or the relationship between you and Repair My Credit LLC shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Texas. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a comparable dispute resolution organization.
This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site and/or program after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any written disclosures provided at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Repair My Credit LLC regarding this program. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether verbal or written.
